1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shopkeepers Calculator mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use of Application

The Shopkeepers Calculator is designed to assist shopkeepers and business owners with various calculations. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.1 Permitted Use

• Personal and business calculation purposes
• Profit, pricing, tax, and inventory calculations
• Tracking calculation history for your records
• Using the App on devices you own or have permission to use

The App provides calculations based on the data you input. The accuracy of results depends on:

• Correctness of input values provided by the user

We recommend always double-checking important calculations, especially for tax, financial, and inventory decisions. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional financial or accounting advice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• NaharSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• NaharSoft shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its premium features in the past 12 months

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:

• Copyright: All source code, designs, graphics, icons, and content
• Trademarks: The "Shopkeepers Calculator" name, logo, and branding
• Trade Secrets: Calculation algorithms and proprietary methods

are owned by NaharSoft and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose only.

6. Subscription Terms

6.2 Billing & Renewal

• Subscription fees are charged through your Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play Store settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and the new price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Advertising Policy

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.

• Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks
• We do not control the content of advertisements displayed
• Ad content is subject to Google AdMob's policies and guidelines
• You can remove all advertisements by subscribing to the premium version
• Clicking on advertisements is voluntary; we are not responsible for third-party content accessed through ads

8. Modifications to the App

NaharSoft reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice
• Add, change, or remove features and functionality
• Update these Terms of Service as needed

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any of these Terms of Service
• You use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• We decide to discontinue the App or its services

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All locally stored data may be deleted when you uninstall the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
